Reservations &
Cancellations
To Make a Reservation:
Simply call us with your
desired dates for room
availability. We will
ask for a credit card
number to guarantee your
reservation; we accept
Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American
Express. We will charge
your credit card for the
full amount for your
reservation on or around the
deadline for
cancellation.
Typically this deadline
is 2 weeks prior to your
arrival date but may be
earlier (see details
below).
Full Refund / No Charge:
If you cancel your
reservation BEFORE the
cancellation deadline,
we will make no charge
to your credit card or
issue you a full refund
if we have already
charged you.
For most reservations,
the deadline is two
weeks before your
arrival date. For
large groups or certain popular
weekends (such as
Hunters’ Weekend, Labor
Day Weekend, etc) the
cancellation deadline
may be as long as 60
days prior to your
arrival . We
will tell you the
deadline for cancelling
your reservation when
you call and be happy
to answer any questions you
may have.
Cancellation After the
Deadline:
If you cancel
your reservation AFTER
the cancellation
deadline (usually 2
weeks prior to your
arrival date), we will
charge you for the
full
amount due for all
nights of your stay.
However, we will allow
you to come and stay
with us up to 12 months
later for the same
number of nights at no
additional charge
(subject to room
availability at the same
rate as you were
charged).
